Our Guarantee

We are proud of the quality of our products and stand behind every piece we produce. If you are not happy with your purchase from us for any reason, please call us within 10 days of receipt of the order. Please be sure to retain the original box and wrapping of each piece until you are satisfied as any product returned must be in its original condition and packaging.

Claims We check and pack your order with great care. If there is any damage, whether obvious or hidden, please report it to us within 10 days of receipt for further instructions.
Important Keep the shipping carton and packaging materials until any damage or shortage claim is resolved.

Terms of Sale

Minimums Opening Orders: $500
Re-orders: $200
Payment First orders require pre-payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Net 30 terms extended upon approval of credit.
Interest on overdue accounts 1.5% per month. Accounts failing to pay within terms revert to Credit Card.
Carrier All orders are shipped UPS Ground service unless prior arrangements are made.

Backorders Backorders less than $35 are automatically cancelled. All other backorders are shipped when available
unless we are instructed otherwise.
Returns No returns are accepted by the warehouse without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
